Return Policy
We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase from Findings. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, your purchase must be returned within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer.
*Orders returned after 14 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
*Orders returned after 14 days qualifies for merchandise credit only or exchange only.
We do not refund shipping charges. If you have any questions please inquire at Findings at 707.963.6000.
- Please note that custom made items are non returnable.
- All return / exchanges must be in original box including all packaging materials, and accessories.
- Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, FedEx or US Postal or by the manner in which you received it. We can not accept C.O.D.’s.
- Any return received damaged or missing pieces will not be accepted.
